1.
The process begins once we receive a request
for quotation (RFQ). An instant RFQ may be created and
forwarded online via our submit
inquiry page. More
complex or voluminous inquires may be sent via postal
courier, telefax or the internet
(digital file). Inquiry Checklist.
2. Upon reviewing the RFQ,
suitable potential suppliers are identified from within
our base of proven, affiliate manufacturers. At this
point the basic
criteria to be met includes having the appropriate
production equipment, capacity and the necessary quality control systems.
3.
Issues of confidentiality are addressed.
As a policy, we provide the inquiring party total anonymity
during the initial quoting phase. We strictly adhere to all prescribed security mandates.
4.
We scrutinize the RFQ with each
candidate supplier. Invitations to submit sealed
bids are granted to only those
affiliates precisely suited to the job. The critical objectives of the buying organization must be
attainable. They could be issues of
cost, logistics, technology, commercial terms and or
lead-times.
5.
Resultant quotes are gathered, analyzed and plotted on
an easy to "read and compare" form. This form
is subsequently forwarded to the inquiring party.
6.
Upon request we will immediately submit a formal quotation from that
supplier which presents the greatest overall value to the buying
organization. A detailed profile of the
manufacturing facility will accompany the quotation.
What happens from this point is entirely up to the inquiring party. If our
quotation proves to be relevant and further action is warranted, RFQ Line
stands ready to serve. Beyond the inquiry process, we provide
total end-to-end customer service.
